Dylan is a founding shareholder and the business manager of Affinity Accounting, with 20+ years experience in public practice accounting firms prior to this.

He has a focus on client service and exceeding all expectations, not just to appease his clients but to help them thrive and sometimes give them an encouraging push.

What drives Dylan is helping businesses move forward and seeing these successes benefiting the business owners personally in some shape or form.

Outside of business, Dylan has a wife and two boys who all love the outdoors and making the most of all that Wellington has to offer.  Dylan also enjoys rugby, touch, cycling, running and a well deserved craft beer or two.

About Jude

Jude has been involved in the accounting business world for 40+ years.

He lives in the awesome Paraparaumu Beach of which golf and tennis are his sporting interests along with studying the thoroughbred breeding and racing industries.

He is a positive and easy-going family person with a passion for helping others.  Jude especially enjoys assisting the establishment of new businesses, being a pivotal role in the growth of these, and also providing “day to day” accounting and business advice.

New Zealand needs to be a vibrant business hub and Jude is always aiming to exceed his clients’ expectations.

Petrina is our Client Services Administrator and the newest addition to the team.  She has a background in PA and admin support roles in a range of sectors including film, health, education, corporate and private accounting.  When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family, planning the next beach holiday, and catching up with friends.
